How long will my order take to ship?
We typically process orders within 1 working day, and then send using either USPS or UPS 2 day service.
What will it be shipped in?
Standard Shanker Golf branded packaging. If your order is a gift, please leave a note at the checkout and we can pack in unbranded packaging for you to avoid any suspicion.
Do you ship world wide?
Yes. But at the moment our warehouse is only in the USA. Meaning shipping is more expensive. For big overseas orders, please get in touch and we can try work something out! If the shipping appears too expensive from our automated system, please get in touch and we'll try help you with a customised option.
Whats your returns policy?
We appreciate things change! If there are any reasons why you need to return items, please let us know and we'll provide returns labels and a refund. Our policy is 30 days from purchase.
Are you actually any good at golf?
